Bags of Help

It has been a very exciting few months for the Group Therapy Centre.

We were very pleased to have been chosen as one of Tesco’s Bags of Help charities in Huntingdon and Cambridge.

The Bags of Help initiative was set up in 2017 by Tesco as a way to help local community organisations. Customers who use their own bags for their shopping are given blue tokens. Then, customers are invited to choose a charity to give their token to. All the tokens are added up and local organisations are given different grants depending on how many customers selected them. As a result of the bags of help initiative over £67 million has been given to local charities and organisations. You can find out more about the initiative on the bags of help website.

For January and February of 2019 we will have a bags of help box at Cambridge stores. This means you can support our work just by doing your weekly shop!

Please do remember us and put your blue tokens in the Group Therapy Centre box so that we can continue our important work. Check out this map to find out where you can support us!

Thank you for your continued support.
