What is an alone together support group?

In response to the Covid-19 pandemic we have set up a number of online ‘Alone Together’ support groups to help people during this challenging time.  Although these aren’t therapy groups as such, the group therapists will allow you space to reflect on your experiences and will introduce interventions if they feel they would be useful. The support groups offer the chance to gain back some kind of community and connection with other individuals.

Who?

The support groups are for anyone who is feeling alone, isolated or struggling with life in general, and would like to join a group to share their experiences and connect with others.

When?

We currently have three groups running on a Thursday at 10am, 2pm and 5.30pm and we are due to start a new group at 4pm on Tuesdays.

Where?

All sessions are held online via Zoom.

How?

Please call us on 01223 357221 to arrange an initial meeting with one of our therapists.
