ALEX COX

Clinical Lead

Alex has worked in the mental health field for 14 years. During this time he has provided; care in a residential setting, Community support for chronic mental health challenges, crisis care with the NHS, inpatient care in a psychiatric unit, therapy in prisons and has managed an IAPT project for Mind before joining the Group Therapy Centre in October 2021.

Alex utilises a range of therapeutic approaches in his practice Including Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Compassion Focused Therapy.
